"When I initially went to TJ he was great getting my business, walked me through everything and talked to me about the pros and cons.... Keeping my business has been another matter, unanswered voicemail's, emails not responded to... Delays and less than helpful responses to issues. TJ directly reached out to me about the concerns and apologized that his team hasn't been as responsive and let him know of the concerns that I had. He was able to help me resolve some last items with State Farm directly. I believe TJ didn't know about my concerns directly and he has spent time working to ensure that things are taken care of."

"I've been a client of theirs for many years with three different autos I really thought they were a great company until I started having issues due to a car accident they didn't help much or even tried in my opinion they always push the blame to the Adjusters no point in having them as an agent they are not caring they don't return your calls in the timely manner and they push all the blame on the client and don't want to take no responsibilities they make up scenarios and excuses to make you pay more I would definitely not go to this location at least I'm not sure of the other ones I still have a ram that hasn't been fixed from the front bumper due to them not getting involved or trying to help me I thought that's what an agent was for but I guess not like I said be careful they sound very friendly and nice on the phone when it comes to them doing their job when you have a situation don't count on it I had a switch companies I'm checking out Progressive and see how it goes I love and peace also be careful with a gentleman named Matt as he is very stubborn in his own ways and things he is right even though you have proof of what the situation is but he's there to make sure he does not lose or the company put all the blame on you as the client he basically said what I was saying was not true even though I know exactly what I said and been a client through State Farm longer than his been employed shame on TJ for letting someone like that treat his clients but deep down inside he's the same way you just got to get him at the right moment with the right situation like referring my son to his company and then getting left out with no insurance for a month or two due to him wanting to avoid covering his car accident he had after being covered for a month had nothing to do with me I just referred them but got punished for it by them harassing me and my coverage policies being changed and canceled and forced to fill out paperwork that I never needed to just had to because of their negligence well that's enough for me have a great day"

"I provided all the documents and information requested. I guess my account was never updated because my homeowners policy was canceled. I never filed a claim and I always paid on time. The reason I was canceled? The underwriter didn't have my information. Nobody called from the office to ask. Working with this office was a disappointing insurance experience."

"They’re losing ALL my business after a phone call with Matt. He’s very passive aggressive and needs to figure out how to address customer concerns and situations with empathy. In a short version, he denied my requests, told me basically to go kick rocks, and would not entertain helping me in the slightest. He did however gladly tell me how to cancel and move over to another insurance company so that was great of his service. Earlier in the week when I called a previous time, Hannah though is a wonderful lady and willing to bend over backwards for her customers. TJ needs to rethink his staff members and get a better handle on his employees professionalism."
